Engaged in Firenze
Celina & Nick did something extra special. They first had an engagement session in Florence, then they eloped in Venice. During their Florence engagement photography, it was raining all day. But they were happy as they had met on a rainy day. I actually also like photographing in the rain, as the colors are stronger and we get to play with reflections and puddles. Also Florence like many other Italian cities, have great open covered spaces with columns and open covered courtyards
We walked around Florence, stopping a strategic locations like the Duomo, Ponte Vecchio and Palazzo Vecchio. We captured Florence’s Renaissance backgrounds richly decorated with green and pink marbles incorporating the endless gorgeous statues scattered throughout the city.
They are both from Canada where they met several years ago and Nick actually has an Italian background.
