{Venice Wedding Photography | Elope to Venice} Venice is always exciting to visit as it is such a unique city. It is a perfect setting for a romantic Italy wedding. For me, Venice is about getting lost in the city’s canals and alleyways and capturing Venice’s beautiful architecture and charm. Venice has many idyllic locations like the San Marco Square and Rialto Bridge but it also has many other hidden angles and corners which I try to focus on and stray away from touristy locations for ideal wedding photography. And believe me there are many.
Venice is small and can easily we walked. A Gondola ride is a must – it so “Venetian” and a perfect way to see Venice and travel through all it’s quaint canals. The Gondola ride also lends itself for great photography through it’s canals and bridges. A Gondaliere told me there are over 400 bridges so the itineraries are many. Another great option to travel throughout Venice is with a water taxi. The Water taxi allows us more time to visit and photograph your engagement/wedding at more locations.
