When Dave & Cassie began making plans for their wedding, Dave turned to Cassie and said “Just tell me where and when to show up and I’ll be happy”.
Cassie chose Rome. It allowed them to have have a full Catholic wedding in elopement-style.They were able to have a wedding that felt like it was just for the the two of them and really make it about their experience rather than worrying about all the things that go into a traditional wedding.
Their wedding day began with a visit to Campo die Fiori (a flower market in Rome) where they picked their bouquet and had a quick “cappuccino & cornetto” breakfast. It gave Dave & Cassie some time before they parted their ways so each of them go get ready for their wedding day.
They had their wedding ceremony at Santa Susanna – San Camillo. After which they went around discovering Rome as newly weds for their photographs.
