How to Elope to Kauai
Kauai also known as the garden island is how I imagine Paradise will be. One of the most beautiful places and happiest places in the world I’ve ever been. Kauai has it all, pristine air, endless white sandy beaches, canyons, waterfalls, majestic cliffs, swaying palm trees, bright colored tropical flora with idyllic small towns like Hanalei. The whole Hawaiian vibe is great. Everyone is laid back, happy and life is simple. Food is pure and delish. It is picture perfect place to have an elopement. The ideal months to elope…. year round! Kauai is perfect for any type of a romantic journey, especially for an elopement. Time permitting, you should try to combine your elopement with your honeymoon. You can also go island hopping.
You have quite a few different options for your ceremony: sunset on a beach, a quaint Hawaiian temple, a botanical garden, tree forest, near a waterfall or at the canyons.
You can choose to rent a cottage on a beach (Airbnb?) or stay at one of the iconic resorts. The options are many.

Make sure you try the local Cuisine. It’s full of delishous fish and vegetables.
You’ll find great food trucks throughout the Island which have some great food too.
Be sure to visit the Farmer’s Market – especially the one in Hanalei.
For a special lunch visit, go to Nourish Hanalei -which is a family-run farm.
They grow a variety of plants, specializing in bananas, guava, acai, and cacao (chocolate).

Rent a car! You should book it before leaving and pick it up at the airport. There are so many things to do and see.
